The Role
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to support the delivery of high-quality education across the school.
You will provide targeted support to individual students and groups, lead learning activities when required, and contribute to a positive and engaging learning environment.
You will play an important role in supporting students' academic progress, confidence, independence, and overall wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver planned learning activities and interventions.

Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA).
- Experience supporting children or young people with Special Educational Needs.
- Strong understanding of classroom practice and behaviour management.
- Confidence delivering interventions and supporting learning independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
- A proactive, resilient, and professional approach.
