Responsibilities:
- Act as first point of contact for the school, handling enquiries from parents/carers, staff and visitors.
- Managing and maintaining student records adhering to safeguarding and confidentiality procedures.
- Provide general administrative support including but not limited to updating school system/database, managing correspondence and supporting the organisation of school events.
We are looking for:
- Previous administration experience ideally in an education setting (desirable).
- Highly proficient using administrative tools including Microsoft Office and school management systems (Bromcom/SIMS/Arbor experience desirable).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks.
