The Role You'll be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of your pupils, helping them to develop academically, socially and emotionally.
Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons.
Support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs.
Create a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
Monitor progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs.
Work closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists and parents/carers.
Contribute to EHCP reviews and pupil assessments.
Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
Maintain high standards of safeguarding and child protection.
