- Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
- Working 1:1 and in small groups to support learning and engagement
- Assisting the class teacher with classroom activities and behaviour support

- Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
Experience working with children or young people (school-based or similar) is essential. A background in youth work, mentoring, sports coaching, or pastoral support is desirable. Experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential, as training and support will be provided.
This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check and full safeguarding procedures.
