A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Paddington is looking to appoint committed Learning Support Assistants to join their team. The school places a strong emphasis on supporting pupils’ academic progress, wellbeing, and personal development within a calm and structured learning environment.

The role includes:
- Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
- Working 1:1 and in small groups to support learning and engagement
- Assisting the class teacher with classroom activities and behaviour support

- Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working with children or young people (school-based or similar)
- Background in youth work, mentoring, sports coaching, or pastoral support (desirable)
- A calm, patient, and consistent approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential, as training and support will be provided.
