Short-term commercial support to our project management team across building services and refurbishment projects on the secure government estate. Tender analysis - reviewing and levelling returns, producing comparison and recommendation reports Commercial reporting - cost reporting and general commercial support to the project team Two-month commission , averaging two days per week - days flexible Freelance / contract through your own limited company, outside IR35 Day rate: Hybrid Proven QS experience on construction and/or building services projects Strong tender documentation, analysis and reporting background Able to work independently and pick things up quickly on a part-time basis Central government or secure estate experience NEC3 / NEC4 contract experience
