Apex Clinic & Apex Headache Clinic are now recruiting an experienced Part-Time Physio Team Lead / Senior MSK Physiotherapist to join our team! Join our dynamic, forward-thinking team as our Physio Team Lead and learn new, exciting manual therapy approaches and clinical reasoning while bringing your leadership experience to a thriving private practice.
You'll supervise, lead and support a small team of physiotherapists while learning our specialist manual therapy treatment regimes, letting you experience the thrill and satisfaction of helping patients who have often found little or no success with previous treatments elsewhere. This is why our patient base includes patients travelling from all over the UK and Ireland to see us. This is an opportunity to broaden your clinical expertise, experiencing fantastic patient outcomes while developing further as a Team Lead.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manual MSK physiotherapist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while also providing leadership and clinical support to our physiotherapy team. The successful applicant must have a minimum of 5 years post-grad experience to include previous experience supervising, mentoring or managing a team of physiotherapists and they must be committed to maintaining the highest possible standards of clinical excellence.
We offer a highly competitive salary between £43,000-£55,000 per annum (based on full time of 36.5hrs per week) experience dependent, which will always be guaranteed to be above the equivalent NHS salary for a comparable physiotherapy role. This role is a part-time position of 25 hours per week over 3 days to include one evening clinic per week.
Exceptional Clinical Development and Training
Apex Clinic was established nearly 30 years ago, in 1998 and has been thriving ever since. It is a teaching practice with a postgraduate training programme designed to help physiotherapists excel at clinical development at the highest level. Training is led by Rebecca Nelson, Director of Physiotherapy who is a Spinal & Headache, Migraine, Vertigo Physiotherapy Specialist, and has nearly 30 years of experience teaching at a Masters level at the University of Ulster.
Our physios receive ongoing support and development in our advanced manual therapy treatment approaches, clinical reasoning, specialist assessment and differential diagnosis. External CPD courses are also funded, ensuring our team continues to develop and remain at the forefront of modern physiotherapy practice.
