Role Overview: Our Head Housekeeper will always be motivated and highly engaged to provide personalised world class customer care and service to all guests, internal team members & clients, and directors in line with Our Brand Standards and Procedures. Ensuring every Guest request is completed promptly and decisively, aspiring to make the impossible, possible!

As part of the senior leadership team, this highly visible role will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of our continuously evolving housekeeping brand standards. Working closely with the Hotel Manager & Operations.
