About the Role

As a Front Office Receptionist, you will deliver a high level of service to all guests, ensuring the building is safe and secure and that every guest requirement is met. You will create extra special moments for our guests and provide a personal experience that guests want to share.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a friendly hello and infectious smile.
  • Ensure the Guest Check‑in/Check‑out procedure is seamless.
  • Offer guests excellent knowledge of all hotel facilities and services.
  • Follow daily checklists and ensure all tasks are actioned throughout the day.
  • Answer and action phone calls, emails, online reviews, third‑party messenger inboxes and live chat with guests.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and a fun environment to promote guest loyalty.
  • Respond to guest questions, requests and complaints in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Promote additional services such as room upgrades and dining to support a positive upsell culture.
  • Maintain strong organisational skills and attention to detail to provide consistent standards.
