Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Support Manager to oversee and support the effective operation of our care home services. The ideal candidate will be a NMC Registered Nurse with proven leadership experience in the care sector. You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of clinical care, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance across the service.
Key Responsibilities:
