What You'll Do

You’ll gain hands-on experience on home improvement and renovation projects while learning from skilled colleagues in a supportive environment.
- Assisting with a variety of carpentry and home improvement projects
- Measuring, cutting and fitting timber materials
- Installing plasterboard to stud walls
- Supporting roofing carpentry work, including roof structures and repairs
- Assisting with kitchen fitting and installation
- Hanging and fitting internal and external doors
- Using and maintaining hand and power tools safely
- Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe
- Loading, unloading and preparing materials for jobs
- Working both independently and as part of a team on domestic properties
- Training Outcome
Following successful completion of the apprenticeship, a permanent position with the company would be available for the right candidate.
