We are looking for an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to join our organization and lead the financial planning and analysis function. The ideal candidate will monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and provide insights that support long-term growth and compliance.
Finance Manager Responsibilities
- Manage the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets
- Monitor daily financial operations including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, cash flow, tax
- Deliver a set of KPIs for the business covering areas such as costs, revenues, COGS and OPEX to assist the management team in the running of the business
- Develop and maintain internal control policies and financial procedures
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Support business decision-making with data-driven insights
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Provide leadership to junior finance staff or cross-functional teams
Finance Manager Qualifications and Skills
