This is a proper maintenance role in a stable manufacturing business. You’ll be part of a close-knit engineering team keeping production running safely and efficiently.
The job involves electrically biased maintenance covering planned and reactive work across a busy manufacturing site. You’ll be:
- Fault-finding on electrical systems and control panels
- Carrying out PPMs through a CMMS
- Responding to breakdowns and getting equipment back online
- Supporting continuous improvement and minor upgrades
- Working closely with production to reduce downtime and waste
There’s a strong expectation around safe working, good housekeeping and doing the job properly.
Hours:
- Days only
- Monday to Thursday: standard day shift
- Friday: early finish
- 40 hours per week
No nights. No rotating shifts.
The package includes:
- £45,000 – £48,000 basic
- Overtime paid at 1.5x
