A well-established manufacturing business is looking to strengthen its engineering team with the addition of an Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer. This is a permanent PM shift position offering a stable working pattern, guaranteed weekly hours, regular weekend overtime and the chance to join a growing business that values reliability, teamwork and continuous improvement.
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 2:30pm – 11:45pm; Saturday – 5 hours, usually Saturday morning.

Role- Electrical and mechanical fault finding
- Planned preventative maintenance
- Reactive breakdown response and repairs
- Diagnostic analysis and root‑cause investigations
- Support production to minimise downtime
- Maintain and improve machinery and site equipment
- Assist with equipment installation and commissioning
- Work closely with production and management teams
- Experience within manufacturing or industrial environments
