This is a full-mix role with real influence: JBP ownership, pricing and promo strategy, forecast accountability, and close collaboration with internal teams. Its a genuine opportunity to make an impact in a business with purpose and a strong growth trajectory.

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance

Key requirements:

  • FMCG experience, ideally in food or drink
  • Direct experience managing or supporting UK grocery retail accounts
  • Strong commercial understanding (P&L, trade spend, margins)
  • Driven, collaborative, and able to work independently
