βœ… Develop themes, agendas, and content for conferences and sessions aligned with APEX and FTE’s priorities: innovation, passenger experience, sustainability, digital transformation, ancillary revenue, and mobility.

βœ… Research emerging trends and leaders across air travel, airport operations, airline retail, robotics, AI, and terminal design.

βœ… Secure high-profile speakers, moderators, and panellists with relevant aviation industry influence.

βœ… Partner with commercial and sponsorship teams to align content with sponsor value and revenue goals.

βœ… Coordinate with operations and logistics to maintain high-quality delivery across venue, virtual platform, AV, registration, and networking experiences.
