APEX and FTE seek a driven Conference Producer with aviation expertise and a strong network of airline and airport contacts. This person crafts engaging content, secures visionary speakers, and produces world-class events that foster innovation and industry advancement.
The producer partners across internal and external teams, transforms insights into impactful sessions, and cultivates relationships that strengthen both brands as the leading voices of airline passenger experience and travel transformation.
β Develop themes, agendas, and content for conferences and sessions aligned with APEX and FTEβs priorities: innovation, passenger experience, sustainability, digital transformation, ancillary revenue, and mobility.
β Research emerging trends and leaders across air travel, airport operations, airline retail, robotics, AI, and terminal design.
β Secure high-profile speakers, moderators, and panellists with relevant aviation industry influence.
β Partner with commercial and sponsorship teams to align content with sponsor value and revenue goals.
β Coordinate with operations and logistics to maintain high-quality delivery across venue, virtual platform, AV, registration, and networking experiences.
β Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote events, attract delegates, and produce impactful collateral.
β Engage with APEX and FTE working groups and partner organisations to strengthen industry collaboration.
β Analyse post-event feedback, providing insights to refine future programmes.

Build and maintain relationships with senior airline, airport, and supplier executives to ensure APEX and FTE content reflects industry leadership.
β’ Minimum 5β10 years of success in event or conference production, preferably within global B2B or aviation trade environments.
β’ Established aviation industry experience and network of airline, airport, and supplier contacts.
