The Depot Operations Supervisor reports to the Retail Sales & Operations Manager (RSOM) who has overall responsibility for the depot and service across:
- Customer Services
- Delivery fleet
- Cold store
- Warehouse
This role is 40 hours per week, working any 5 of 6 days (closed Sundays). We offer a competitive hourly rate of £14.94 per hour.

An integral member of the leadership team, you’ll model the passion and commitment to deliver outstanding service to our customers. You will help to drive the consistent delivery of established processes and operational standards. You’ll track the team’s performance against achieving daily, weekly and monthly targets. Developing both the operational performance of the depot and the skills of your team will be a key aspect of the role. The Depot Operations Supervisor has responsibility for areas such as health & safety, stock management, local delivery fleet management and facilities maintenance. You’ll be ready and willing to get involved in the day-to-day tasks if needed, including deliveries (so a full UK driving licence is essential).
