Are you a commercially driven Procurement professional looking to make a real impact in a high-paced exciting food manufacturing company? The procurement team is growing and we now have an opportunity for a procurement analyst to expand our use of management information. We are looking for an exceptional analyst, someone who can absorb supplier and product performance information, identify what really matters, and turn it into clear, actionable insight that drives business decisions. You will act as a key operational and analytical partner to leadership, helping shape decisions across supply chain performance, sourcing strategy, operational improvement and business execution within a food manufacturing environment. Once your induction is complete and you are able to work independently, you’ll have the option to work up to 2 days a week from home (depending on operational commitments). This role is based at our UK Head Office in Trowbridge, Wiltshire.

Our meals are expertly crafted by our dieticians and chefs, and then frozen to lock in the goodness. Wiltshire Farm Foods, our sister company, is the UK’s largest ready meal supplier cooking and delivering over 330 different delicious frozen ready meals across the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a high-quality procurement dashboard and supporting material suitable for presentation to the business leadership team.
- Procurement reporting and performance insights, produce regular reporting pack to evaluate short and medium term performance.
- Provide analysis to support supplier evaluation, benchmarking, market insight, and risk management, highlighting any improvement opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement of procurement reporting, data processes, and ways of working—improving visibility, speed, and confidence in procurement decisions.
- Support the procurement administrator with master data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications/Personal Qualities:
- Essential:
- Strong analytical capability: able to interrogate data, test assumptions, and translate findings into practical actions.
- Advanced Excel (pivoting, modelling, data cleansing) and strong competence in Microsoft Office for reporting.
- Experience producing performance reporting packs and communicating insights clearly to mixed audiences.
- Demonstrable ability to deliver meaningful insights under time pressure, to deadlines, with strong accuracy.
- SAP (or similar ERP) experience and confidence working with procurement master/contract/pricing data.
- Use of Power BI or similar dashboarding experience.
- Desirable:
- Experience in FMCG / manufacturing / food environment or similar fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Full UK driving Licence.
- A CIPS qualification at intermediate (level 4) or higher.
