We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Enterprise Applications team as an SAP EWM Associate. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn specialist SAP warehouse and logistics systems while working on exciting business transformation initiatives.

You do not need previous SAP EWM experience. We will provide the training, mentoring, and support needed to develop your knowledge and build a rewarding career within Enterprise Applications. We are particularly interested in hearing from colleagues with experience in warehouse operations, logistics, transport, planning, manufacturing, or other operational areas who enjoy solving problems and making processes better.

In this role, you will work closely with both operational and IT teams to support business-critical systems, troubleshoot issues, contribute to system improvements, and help deliver future SAP enhancements.

This role is based on site at least 3 days per week.

Some travel to our Trowbridge head office (BA14) will also be required

Due to the location, a driving licence and access to your own transport are essential.

Responsibilities

Learn and Develop

· Develop knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management and Transportation systems through structured training, mentoring, and hands-on experience

· Gain an understanding of warehouse, logistics, and supply chain processes and how technology supports day-to-day operations

· Build expertise in supporting and improving business-critical applications used across our distribution and logistics teams

User Support and Problem Solving

· Work closely with operational teams to investigate and resolve system-related issues

· Provide day-to-day support to users, helping them make effective use of SAP and related business systems

· Identify recurring issues and support the implementation of long-term improvements

· Collaborate with colleagues across IT and the business to ensure systems operate effectively and efficiently

Continuous Improvement

· Engage with business users to understand processes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement

· Support the delivery of system enhancements and process improvements that help drive operational efficiency

· Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve user experience and business outcomes

· Participate in projects that support the ongoing development of warehouse and transportation systems

Testing and Change Activities

· Assist with the testing of new system functionality and process improvements

· Help ensure system changes are well documented and delivered in line with agreed standards

· Support user acceptance testing and help coordinate feedback from business teams

· Contribute to successful system upgrades, projects, and future business transformation initiatives

Knowledge Sharing and Training

· Create and maintain user guides, process documentation, and training materials

· Support colleagues in adopting new functionality and best practices

· Help deliver training sessions and workshops as new processes and system capabilities are introduced

Data and Reporting

· Support data validation, reporting, and analysis activities

· Assist operational teams with inventory and process-related investigations

· Use data and insights to help identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

Qualifications

Essential

We are looking for someone who:

· Has a genuine interest in technology, systems, and continuous improvement

· Enjoys solving problems and identifying practical solutions

· Has strong communication skills and is comfortable working with a variety of teams across the business.

· Can analyse information, investigate issues, and think logically

· Is organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

· Has experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

· Demonstrates a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills

· Enjoys working collaboratively and building positive relationships

· Has experience working within operational, logistics, warehouse, manufacturing, planning, customer service, or administrative environments.

· Is committed to delivering excellent service and supporting business users

· Driving Licence and own transport.

Desirable

It would be advantageous if you have experience in one or more of the following areas:

· Warehouse, logistics, transport, manufacturing, or supply chain operations

· SAP or other business systems

· Data analysis, reporting, or process improvement activities

· Supporting, training, or assisting colleagues with systems and processes

· Participation in business change, transformation, or improvement initiatives

· Working with mobile devices, scanning technology, or operational systems
