In this role you will be delivering frozen Wiltshire Farm Foods meals and bringing sunshine to our customers' doors (no matter what the weather is doing). You will work within our cold store that runs at a chilly -20ºC; protective clothing will be provided along with breaks to warm up and have a hot drink when necessary. You will need to work as part of the wider team always looking to help out the office team. Responsibilities
- Deliver frozen meals to our customers in a timely manner
- Picking orders within the cold store
- Using our app to update customers deliveries
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
- Undertake pre-shift inspection of your van
- Drive safely, responsibly and within the law
- Clean and refuel your van as and when needed
- Contact the office with any discrepancies or delays
- Ensure customer confidentiality
- Helping the office team and picking team when required
- Reporting health and safety, stock quality and mechanical issues
- Assist the team if another member of the team is absent or on holiday
- Carry out local marketing activities such as leaflet door drops and sheltered housing visits to attract new customers
Qualifications
- Experience within a customer service-based role
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- Basic computer literacy including use of phone apps
- Evidence of work stability
- Basic secondary education
- You must have held a UK manual driving licence for at least 2 years.
- All offers of employment are subject to a Driving Assessment, Driving Licence checks and basic DBS checks.
- As this role involves working with elderly and vulnerable customers, it is exempt from The Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and requires a basic DBS Disclosure.

- £13.05 per hour from 1st January 2026 (£13.25 per hour from 1st May 2026) + bonus + company benefits
