As a Marketing Production Executive, you’ll play a key role in delivering our national literature programme, including seasonal brochures, promotional leaflets and customer magazines, within our established brand guidelines. Working from brief through to delivery, you’ll support the production of high‑quality materials that reflect our service and values. You’ll manage several projects simultaneously in a busy environment, so strong organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail are essential. This role is ideal for someone with several years of relevant experience who is looking to expand their skills across a wide range of marketing activities. This role is a 14-month Fixed Term Contract and is based at our UK Headquarters in Trowbridge, Wiltshire.

Responsibilities

  • Working with external agencies to support the creation and distribution of printed marketing materials, including brochures, customer magazines, flyers and promotional items.
  • Work closely with the NPD and Category teams to plan and attend photography shoots.
  • Brief external agencies and manage artwork through to completion, ensuring all materials are delivered on time, on brand and are visually effective.
  • Source print suppliers and coordinate production schedules to ensure smooth delivery and distribution.
  • Adapt existing artwork for smaller marketing publications.
  • Prepare print‑ready files and demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Assist with the new brand rollout, effectively overseeing design changes to all internal and external touchpoints.
  • Act as a brand guardian across all channels, whilst allowing all teams to move quickly.
  • Provide constructive challenge when work is not to brand standards.
  • Oversee our online asset portal, The Hub, ensuring files, imagery and resources are kept up to date for our retail partners.
  • Manage stock levels of printed literature and promotional merchandise.

  • Excellent organisational skills and experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Full driving license.
  • Project management experience (desirable).
  • Copywriting skills (desirable).
