As Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, conversion, and engagement across both national and local initiatives. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated marketeer to gain experience in a B2C brand with both an on and offline presence. You will combine creative thinking with hands-on execution to deliver impactful campaigns. This role requires creativity, collaboration, and a passion for enhancing the customer experience. There is scope to develop your skills and progress within a supportive and passionate marketing team.
This role is part of our 2-year graduate programme, during which you will have exposure to mentoring, leadership training and support to achieve your full potential and develop into future leadership roles. The program starts on 7th September so you must have completed your studies and be available full time by this date. You will be based at our Trowbridge head office, with the majority of your time on-site, so you'll need to live in a reasonable commuting distance (or be able to relocate before 7th September). In-person interviews are scheduled to take place on 10th and 11th August in Trowbridge.

Responsibilities
- Support the development and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at driving brand awareness, acquiring new prospects, and supporting growth for Wiltshire Farm Foods.
- Work collaboratively with external media, creative and marketing agencies to brief work, review outputs, and ensure our brand message is delivered consistently and effectively.
- Assist with budget and project management, helping to track spend, manage timelines, and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders to keep activity running smoothly.
- Contribute to customer value initiatives, supporting campaigns designed to deepen engagement, encourage repeat purchase, and brighten our customers’ day.
- Liaise with local depots across the UK to ensure they have the tools, materials and guidance they need to represent the brand to a high standard and grow their business locally.
- Gain hands-on experience across both offline and digital marketing channels, including print, direct mail, CRM, social, paid media, and web activity.
- Support customer research and insights projects, analysing feedback and data to identify opportunities to improve our proposition and enhance the customer experience.
- Assist with day-to-day marketing administration, including preparing briefs, reporting on campaign performance, and supporting team projects as required.
About you
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related subject
