Are you an experienced administrator looking for your next challenge? Do you enjoy a fast pace and thrive on problem solving? We're looking for a Project Administrator to support our exciting Kitchen West Factory construction project to build a state of the art new Food Manufacturing Facility in Trowbridge. The Project Administrator will be working in a dedicated project team of 6 and a mix of apetito colleagues and external stakeholders.
A typical day will involve:
- Note taking at meetings
- Planning diaries for project colleagues
- Updating project plans
- General admin tasks
You’ll be an experienced project administrator, used to working on large projects and able to manage senior stakeholders. Collaboration and organisation will be critical to your success. You’ll be based on site full time, typical hours Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm. Fixed term contract for 18 months, with possibility of further extension.
Responsibilities:
- Managing diaries and organising meetings
- Note taking in person within meetings and post meeting using recordings from teams then distribution and archive
- Updating project documents onto the server
- Collating documents and records
- Filing - digital and paper
- Follow up on action status
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting the Project Director with ad hoc needs e.g. collect visitor from security
About you:
Essential:
- Experience in a project administration role
- Strong IT skills
- Confidence using Microsoft suite and able to learn new systems
- Attention to detail
- Agile communicator, able to collate and share complex information
- Highly organised
- Able to manage multiple deadlines
- Experience working with various colleagues/departments including across geographies
Desirable:
- Experience in a PMO role
- Microsoft Project to an intermediate level
- Experience in use of Powerpoint and Excel (minimum level intermediate ideally advanced)
- Experience in a manufacturing or construction setting
- Appreciation of food manufacturing
This role is not eligible for sponsorship under the skilled worker route as it does not meet the minimum requirements set out under the UK Immigration Rules.
