Position Overview
Work 16 hours per week, any 2 of 6 days including bank holidays. Deliver frozen Wiltshire Farm Foods meals. Operate in a -20°C cold store wearing protective clothing.
Responsibilities
- Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner.
- Pick orders within the coldstore.
- Use the company app to update customer deliveries.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Undertake pre-shift inspection of your van.
- Drive safely, responsibly and within the law.
- Clean and refuel your van as and when needed.
- Contact the office with any discrepancies or delays.
- Ensure customer confidentiality.
- Help the office team and picking team when required.
- Report health and safety, stock quality and mechanical issues.
- Assist the team if another member is absent or on holiday.
- Carry out local marketing activities such as leaflet door drops and sheltered housing visits to attract new customers.
Essential Qualifications
- Experience within a customer service-based role.
- Full UK manual driving licence.
- Basic computer literacy including use of phone apps.
- Evidence of work stability.
- Basic secondary education.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in a multi-drop delivery role.
- Experience within a care-based role.
- Warehouse experience.
- Health & Safety awareness.
Personal Qualities
- Friendly, approachable and reliable.

Additional Requirements
You must have held a UK manual driving licence for at least 2 years. All offers of employment are subject to a driving assessment, driving licence checks and basic DBS checks.
