Employment Details

  • Hours: 40 hours per week, working Sun‑Thu Nights 22.00 - 06.00

Responsibilities

  • Supply low risk kitchen department with right materials at the right time
  • Scan products into the right area to ensure traceability is present and POs have the right input of materials
  • Control left over stock and apply First in, First out (F.I.F.O) methodology
  • Operate CQC machinery
  • Monitoring and checking temperatures
  • Maintaining cleanliness
  • Complete paperwork 100% fully, accurately and legibly – this is a legal requirement
  • Work in other areas as required
  • Help the business be environmentally friendly by keeping waste to a minimum (e.g. making products right first time)

Qualifications & Skills

  • Good level of English – written and spoken
  • Good level of Maths
  • Positive attitude; will have to learn other tasks in the Prep Department if required
  • Promote good teamwork
  • Show desire to help the team meet the department targets
  • Undertake any training needed
  • Experience working in manufacturing will be of benefit
  • Experience in SAP and scanning will be of benefit
