This role involves managing local relationships, driving sales growth, controlling costs, and engaging with the community. Key Responsibilities Lead by example to foster a team culture of excellent service, safety, and respect. Support and empower your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Develop team knowledge and passion for our products. Create a supportive environment that prioritizes health and safety. Manage Costs of Local Distribution (COLD) Focus on labor, vehicle, depot, and marketing costs to meet targets. Review performance regularly with the Regional Manager. Implement necessary actions to stay on target. Drive Sales Growth Implement national campaigns and CRM activities. Develop local initiatives for growth, such as sheltered housing and training programs. Engage with the Community Build relationships with local organizations, hospitals, and healthcare professionals. Essential Skills and Experience Strong relationship-building skills with customers. Proven track record in achieving sales and profitability targets. Leadership experience with a focus on team development and engagement. Ability to analyze data to inform decisions. Preferred Skills Experience in retail, care, hospitality, or owning a business. Knowledge of health & safety regulations. Experience with employee consultation and change management. Qualifications GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English.
