Position Overview

Delivery Driver – 32 hours per week (flexible 4 of 6 days, including Saturdays and bank holidays). Deliver frozen Wiltshire Farm Foods meals to customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring accurate deliveries while working in a coldstore environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner.
  • Pick orders within the cold store.
  • Use the company app to update delivery status.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Undertake pre‑shift inspection of your van.
  • Drive safely, responsibly and within the law.
  • Clean and refuel the van as needed.
  • Contact the office with any discrepancies or delays.
  • Ensure customer confidentiality.
  • Help office and picking teams as required.
  • Report health and safety, stock quality and mechanical issues.
  • Assist team members who are absent or on holiday.
  • Carry out local marketing activities such as leaflet door‑drops and visits to sheltered housing to attract new customers.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience in a customer‑service‑based role.
  • Full UK manual driving licence held for at least 2 years.
  • Basic computer literacy, including use of phone apps.
  • Evidence of work stability.
  • Basic secondary education.

  • Experience in a multi‑drop delivery role.
  • Experience in a care‑based role.
  • Warehouse experience.
