Responsibilities
- Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner.
- Pick orders within the coldstore.
- Use the app to update customer deliveries.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Carry out local marketing activities such as leaflet door drops and sheltered housing visits.
- Undertake pre‑shift inspection of your van.
- Drive safely, responsibly and within the law.
- Clean and refuel your van as and when needed.
- Contact the office with any discrepancies or delays.
- Maintain customer confidentiality.
- Assist the office and picking teams when required.
- Report health and safety, stock quality and mechanical issues.
- Help the team if another member is absent or on holiday.
Essential Qualifications
- Experience within a customer‑service‑based role.
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence held for at least 2 years.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use phone apps.
- Evidence of work stability.
- Basic secondary education.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in a multi‑drop delivery role.
