Flexible position, minimum 16 hours per week, up to 40 hours with notice. Deliver frozen Wiltshire Farm Foods meals, working within a coldstore at -20 °C wearing protective clothing. The role requires interaction with elderly and vulnerable customers and supports the office and picking teams.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner.
  • Pick orders within the coldstore.
  • Use the app to update customer deliveries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Carry out local marketing activities such as leaflet door drops and sheltered housing visits.
  • Undertake pre‑shift inspection of your van.
  • Drive safely, responsibly and within the law.
  • Clean and refuel your van as and when needed.
  • Contact the office with any discrepancies or delays.
  • Maintain customer confidentiality.
  • Assist the office and picking teams when required.
  • Report health and safety, stock quality and mechanical issues.
  • Help the team if another member is absent or on holiday.

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience within a customer‑service‑based role.
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence held for at least 2 years.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to use phone apps.
  • Evidence of work stability.
  • Basic secondary education.
