The Depot Operations Supervisor reports to the Retail Sales & Operations Manager (RSOM) and is responsible for the depot and service across Customer Services, Delivery fleet, and Cold store Warehouse. This role is 40 hours per week, working any 5 of 6 days (closed Sundays). The hourly rate is £14.00.

Responsibilities:
- An integral member of the leadership team, modelling passion and commitment to deliver outstanding service.
- Drive consistent delivery of established processes and operational standards.
- Track the team's performance against daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- Develop the operational performance and skills of the depot team.
- Responsible for health & safety, stock management, local delivery fleet management and facilities maintenance.
- Ready to get involved in day‐to‐day tasks, including deliveries (requires a full UK driving licence).
