Position: Delivery Driver – Frozen Meals
Work 32 hours per week, any 4 days within 6, including bank holidays.
Responsibilities
- Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner
- Pick orders within the cold store
- Use the delivery app to update customers on deliveries
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Undertake pre‑shift inspection of your van
- Drive safely, responsibly and within the law
- Clean and refuel your van as and when needed
- Contact the office with any discrepancies or delays
- Ensure customer confidentiality
- Help the office and picking teams when required
- Report health and safety, stock quality and mechanical issues
- Assist the team if another member is absent or on holiday
- Carry out local marketing activities such as leaflet door drops and sheltered housing visits to attract new customers
Essential Requirements
- Experience in a customer‑service‑based role
- Full UK manual driving licence (at least 2 years held)
- Basic computer literacy, including use of phone apps
- Evidence of work stability
- Basic secondary education
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience of a multi‑drop delivery role
- Experience in a care‑based role
- Warehouse experience
- Health & Safety awareness

Additional Requirements
- All offers of employment are subject to a driving assessment, driving licence checks and basic DBS checks.
- This role involves working with elderly and vulnerable customers, therefore it requires a basic DBS disclosure.
