This position works 24 hours per week, any 3 in 6 days, including bank holidays. Our drivers are the face of our business and their interaction with customers is crucial to our success. In this role you will deliver frozen Wiltshire Farm Foods meals and bring sunshine to our customers' doors (no matter the weather). You will meet people and aim to exceed expectations. You will work in a coldstore that runs at -20°C. Protective clothing is provided along with breaks to warm up and have a hot drink when necessary. You will work as part of a wider team and help the office team. Movement between teams encourages flexibility, job satisfaction and development.
Pay: £13.05 per hour (£13.45 per hour from 1 May 2026) + bonus + company benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver frozen meals to our customers in a timely manner
- Picking orders within the coldstore
- Using our app to update customer deliveries
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
- Undertake pre‑shift inspection of your van
- Drive safely, responsibly and within the law
- Clean and refuel your van as and when needed
- Contact the office with any discrepancies or delays
- Ensure customer confidentiality
- Help the office team and picking team when required
- Report health and safety, stock quality and mechanical issues
- Assist the team if another member is absent or on holiday
- Carry out local marketing activities such as leaflet door drops and sheltered housing visits to attract new customers
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience within a customer service‑based role
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- Basic computer literacy including use of phone apps
- Evidence of work stability
- Basic secondary education
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience of multi‑drop delivery role
- Experience within a care‑based role
- Warehouse experience
