This role is 40 hours per week, working any 5 of 6 days (closed Sundays). The role reports to the Depot Operations Manager.
Salary – £14 per hour.

Overview
The Depot Operations Supervisor has overall responsibility for the depot and service across the following areas:
- The drivers
- The pickers
- Delivery fleet
- Cold store area & warehouse
- Parking area
Responsibilities include leadership within the depot, ensuring high standards of service, and supporting the delivery of daily, weekly and monthly targets. The role also involves health & safety, stock management, local delivery fleet management and facilities maintenance, with a hands-on approach as required (a full UK driving licence is essential).

You must have held a UK manual driving licence for at least 2 years.
All offers of employment are subject to a driving assessment, driving licence checks and basic DBS checks. This role involves working with elderly and vulnerable customers and is exempt from The Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, requiring a basic DBS disclosure.
