The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 € per year.
This position requires 40 hours per week, any five days out of six including bank holidays and Saturdays. You will be delivering frozen Wiltshire Farm Foods meals and bringing sunshine to our customers' doors regardless of the weather. You should enjoy meeting people and be willing to go above and beyond what is expected. In addition, you may be asked to cover coldstore holidays at a temperature of 20°C. Protective clothing will be provided along with breaks to warm up and have a hot drink when needed.
Responsibilities
- Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner
- Pick orders within the coldstore
- Use our app to update customer deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Undertake pre‑shift inspection of your van
- Drive safely, responsibly and within the law
- Clean and refuel your van as and when needed
- Contact the office with any discrepancies or delays
- Ensure customer confidentiality
- Help the office team and picking team when required
- Report health and safety, stock quality and mechanical issues
- Assist the team if another member is absent or on holiday
- Carry out local marketing activities such as leaflet door‑drops and sheltered housing visits to attract new customers
Essential Requirements
- Experience within a customer‑service based role
- Full UK manual driving licence held for at least two years
- Basic computer literacy including use of phone apps
- Evidence of work stability
- Basic secondary education

- Experience in a multi‑drop delivery role
- Experience within a care‑based role
- Warehouse experience

Additional Information
All offers of employment are subject to a driving assessment, driving licence checks and basic DBS checks. This role involves working with elderly and vulnerable customers and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974; a basic DBS Disclosure is required.
