Overview
Join to apply for the Customer Delivery Driver/Picker role at apetito UK. This is a driver/picker position based in Cornwall, WFF Falmouth, working 24 hours per week, any 3 in 6 days including bank holidays.
Our drivers are the face of our business and their interaction with our customers is crucial to our success. You will be delivering frozen Wiltshire Farm Foods meals and bringing sunshine to our customers’ doors, while working in a coldstore environment at around -20ºC. Protective clothing will be provided, with breaks to warm up and have hot drinks when necessary.

Salary: £12.60 per hour plus bonus and company benefits.

Responsibilities
- Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner
- Pick orders within the coldstore
- Use our app to update customers deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Undertake pre-shift inspection of your van
- Drive safely, responsibly and within the law
- Clean and refuel your van as needed
- Contact the office with any discrepancies or delays
- Ensure customer confidentiality
- Assist the office and picking teams as required
- Report health and safety, stock quality and mechanical issues
- Support the team if another member is absent or on holiday
- Carry out local marketing activities (e.g., leaflet drops and sheltered housing visits) to attract new customers
Qualifications
- Essential: Experience in a customer service-based role
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Basic computer literacy including use of phone apps
- Evidence of work stability
- Basic secondary education
Desirable
- Experience in multi-drop delivery
- Experience in a care-based role
- Warehouse experience
