We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven B2B Applications Manager to take ownership of our core commercial applications – HubSpot CRM and my.apetito, our B2B eCommerce platform.
Overview
This role will focus on delivering BAU operations for HubSpot and myapetito, driving data quality, governance, and reporting to support informed commercial decision‑making, embedding HubSpot effectively within sales, marketing, and wider commercial teams (including training and onboarding new users), providing first-line system support, and feeding platform insights to shape the future vision of HubSpot and myapetito in partnership with the B2B Product Owner.
Responsibilities
- Delivering business-as-usual (BAU) operations for HubSpot and myapetito.
- Driving data quality, governance, and reporting to support informed commercial decision-making.
- Embedding HubSpot within sales, marketing, and wider commercial teams, including training and onboarding new users.
- Acting as the first point of contact for system support, ensuring issues are resolved quickly or escalated appropriately.
- Supporting the B2B Product Owner in shaping the future vision of HubSpot and myapetito by feeding in platform insights, user feedback, and commercial needs.
The successful candidate will be pivotal in ensuring our commercial teams have the tools, insights, and confidence to use these applications to their fullest potential.
HubSpot CRM
- User Management: Create, deactivate, and manage user access/permissions.
- System Maintenance: Conduct regular health checks, manage system integrity, and make minor configuration updates.
- Technical Support: Deliver Tier 1 & 2 support to users, troubleshooting issues and escalating where needed.
- Data Quality & Governance: Maintain clean, consistent, and accurate data; carry out regular audits; enforce standards.
- Reporting & Insights: Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support sales, marketing, and senior leadership.
- Workflows & Automations: Monitor, review, and adjust processes to remain efficient.
- Training & Enablement: Deliver regular training sessions (new starters and refreshers), create supporting materials, and champion HubSpot best practice.
my.apetito (B2B eCommerce Platform)
- Support the day-to-day running and performance of the platform.
- Provide user and customer support, acting as the first line of contact for queries.
- Monitor and escalate technical issues to internal IT or third-party providers.
- Maintain data accuracy for product listings, customer records, and order flows.
- Support the rollout of new features and enhancements in partnership with the digital and IT teams.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to the B2B Product Owner based on usage trends, customer experience, and team input.
Cross-Application Responsibilities
- Act as business owner for application performance, availability, and usability.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT to ensure systems meet evolving business needs.
- Support integration points between HubSpot, myapetito, and other systems.
- Document processes, user guides, and system changes to support knowledge sharing.
- Partner with the B2B Product Owner to shape the vision and roadmap for HubSpot and myapetito, ensuring business priorities and user feedback are represented.
Essential Experience
- Hands-on experience administering a CRM platform (HubSpot preferred).
- Strong understanding of data governance and reporting best practice.
- Proven ability to deliver system training and build user confidence.
- Experience with BAU application support, ideally across multiple platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Desirable Experience
- Experience supporting B2B eCommerce applications.
- Understanding of systems integration and data flows.
- Exposure to sales and marketing processes within a B2B environment.
- Project coordination or change management experience.
