We are looking for an exceptional Retail Sales and Operations Manager who will be responsible for the leadership of our team in South Devon. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a can-do attitude and a proactive, positive outlook. They will have an exceptional passion for delivering customer service and will be able to demonstrate this passion for delivering WFF’s unique good fashioned service ethic. They will want to make a real difference to our customers’ lives.
Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is the UK’s largest ready-meal supplier, cooking and delivering over 330 different frozen ready meals across the UK primarily to the elderly, their family members and healthcare professionals. - Relentlessly focus on labour, vehicle, depot and local marketing costs as principal levers.
- Review performance each month with the Regional Manager.
- Ensure all agreed actions are executed so the depot remains on target.
Growing Sales
- Implement all national campaign activities for new and existing customers.
- Ensure all CRM activities are executed.
- Implement local growth initiatives to deliver targets (e.g., sheltered housing, CSA training).
Community Engagement
- Engage with community organisations, local hospitals and healthcare professionals.
Essential Experience, Skills, and Abilities
- Establish exceptional relationships with customers.
- Demonstrate experience of delivering sales and profitability targets, setting high standards and focusing on exceptional service.
- Lead a team, creating an engaged culture and developing team members to reach their true potential.
- Interpret data to determine key levers for success.

Qualifications
- GCSE or equivalent Maths and English.
- You must have held a UK manual driving licence for at least 2 years.
