Aperture is seeking a Monetisation Manager to lead subscription revenue growth for a portfolio of apps. You will own monetisation strategy, experiments and paywalls, working across onboarding, pricing, plans, trials, offers and localisation to optimise revenue while preserving retention.

You will personally configure and run experiments in RevenueCat and Adapty, analyse funnel performance, diagnose issues with data and implementations, and translate insights into practical recommendations.
