The Partnership Manager works closely with the Partnerships Lead to ensure Aperture’s client relationships are well managed, growth opportunities are identified, and projects are delivered to a high standard. This role sits at the centre of Aperture’s client partnerships, helping clients get maximum value from Aperture while coordinating work across Growth, Creative, Product, CRM, Operations and specialist teams. The Partnership Manager is responsible for strengthening client relationships, identifying strategic opportunities, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and driving operational excellence through the adoption and continuous improvement of Aperture OS.

Key responsibilities

  • Client Partnerships
    • Build strong relationships with clients and become a trusted extension of their team.
    • Partner with Growth and Creative Managers on client communications, reporting, strategy discussions and business reviews.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of client goals, challenges and opportunities.
    • Identify opportunities beyond existing activity that could improve client outcomes, including but not limited to creative, CRM, product, organic, measurement and funnel optimisation initiatives.
    • Help scope additional projects and services where they can drive meaningful business impact.
    • Ensure clients consistently receive strategic, proactive and commercially valuable support.
    • Lead client meetings, kick-offs and business reviews with confidence and professionalism.
    • Act as a central point of coordination between clients and internal teams.
  • Project Management & Delivery
    • Coordinate retained relationships and one-off projects from scope through delivery.
    • Ensure timelines, stakeholders, priorities and deliverables remain aligned.
    • Track actions, dependencies, risks and outcomes to keep projects moving forward.
    • Manage competing priorities and ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.
    • Lead internal teams through ambiguity and help create clarity, alignment and momentum.
    • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, consistency and scalability across the business.
    • Drive adoption of new processes, frameworks and ways of working across teams.
    • Champion the use of AI tools and workflows to improve productivity, communication, project delivery and operational excellence.
  • Partnerships, Content & New Business
    • Support the Partnerships Lead with proposal development, client research, meetings, follow-ups and opportunity management.
    • Help create case studies, thought leadership content, event materials and partnership communications.
    • Support the planning and execution of client events, dinners and community initiatives.
    • Assist with new business opportunities, pitches and partnership conversations where required.
    • Contribute to Aperture’s reputation and visibility through client success stories, strategic content and partnership initiatives.

Experience

  • 3+ years in an in‑house or client‑facing agency marketing or project management role.
  • Proven track record in a target‑driven environment.
  • Proven experience building strong relationships across teams and functions.
  • Good understanding of the technical foundations of digital advertising.
  • Experience across growth marketing, performance marketing and DTC or app‑based marketing.
  • Experience managing multiple clients, projects or priorities simultaneously.
