We are seeking an analyst to join our expanding Ukraine, Russia, Caucasus and Central Asia team in London.
The Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis and producing high quality reports for our clients. They will be goal-orientated and meet deadlines whilst maintaining the highest standards. The Analyst will be self-motivated and eager to develop and learn. The requirements of the role are:
- Report writing
- Excellent written and verbal English is essential
- High-level comprehension of Russian is a must, and proficiency in one or several additional languages (particularly Ukrainian, Turkish, Polish, Czech, Slovak or Greek) is a plus
- Experience in enhanced due diligence, business intelligence or investigative/academic research is desirable but not essential
- Demonstrated interest and knowledge in Ukraine, Russia, Caucasus and Central Asia region is essential and some experience working or living in the region is a plus
- Excellent communication skills including oral, report writing and presentation skills
- The ability to research, analyse and present data and condense large amounts of complex information in an accurate, logical, and concise manner
- Close attention to detail, thoroughness, and quality
- Ability to consider and assess multiple factors and present solutions
- Strong time management skills and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work to budget
- Ability to follow processes and policies to maintain high quality standards
- MS Office proficiency

Aperio Intelligence offers a highly competitive package which includes hybrid-working, discretionary bonus, pension and medical insurance. The successful candidate must have permission to work in the UK by the start of their employment. The Analyst may be required to travel from time-to-time.
