London Hybrid (2 days in Shoreditch office). Our client is a high-growth direct-to-consumer ecommerce business that has built a portfolio of successful consumer brands and a loyal customer base across multiple international markets.

Opportunity

  • Join a growing Analytics team during a period of significant investment and transformation.

  • Influence decisions across ecommerce, product, marketing and customer experience.
  • Support major digital transformation and platform migration initiatives.
  • Analyse website performance, customer behaviour and ecommerce journeys.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reporting and insights using SQL and BI tools.
  • Measure conversion performance and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
  • Deliver insight into customer acquisition, retention, subscriptions and repurchase behaviour.
  • Evaluate the impact of digital initiatives, testing programmes and new technologies.
  • Support platform migrations and digital transformation projects.
  • Segment performance across products, categories, customers and channels.
  • Partner with ecommerce, product and marketing teams to deliver actionable recommendations.

Experience

  • Working within a DTC, ecommerce or digital business.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience analysing complex datasets.
  • Experience using BI and visualisation tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital customer journeys, conversion funnels and ecommerce metrics.
  • Ability to translate data into clear commercial recommendations.
  • Experience partnering with product, ecommerce, digital or marketing stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
