We are seeking a dynamic Chief Marketing Officer to lead and execute the marketing strategy for our innovative IT product holding company, which supports the growth of iGaming businesses worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Identify target audiences and create impactful marketing campaigns across various media channels.
  • Oversee forecasting, budgeting for marketing campaigns, and monitor profitability.
  • Establish terms and models for the partnership program, working closely with partners.
  • Analyze and optimize advertising campaign performance.
  • Manage user funnels and improve conversion processes.
  • Lead teams in Media Buying, Affiliate, SEO, and SMM to achieve KPIs.
  • Scale products and operations into new GEOs as per business plans.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Chief Marketing Officer or in a senior marketing role within IT/Digital Marketing.
  • Successful track record of scaling projects or launching new initiatives.
  • Expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies (branding, product promotion, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of market research and data analysis methods.
  • Ability to apply various marketing techniques for optimal results.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Fluent in English (C1/C2 level).
