We’re looking for an elite embedded consultant to support key clients. This is a client-facing role and you will become fully embedded within the client organisation, delivering exceptional levels of service. We have opportunities across all of our markets.

- Candidate Sourcing & Assessment – skilled at finding and engaging exceptional engineers and leaders and leaders using advanced search techniques.

- Trusted Advisor – support clients with market insight, salary benchmarking, and strategic hiring advice.
- Shape the Future of the Team – play a pivotal role in scaling Apera on a global scale, with clear progression opportunities as the team grows.
