We’re looking for an elite embedded consultant to support key clients. This is a client-facing role and you will become fully embedded within the client organisation, delivering exceptional levels of service. We have opportunities across all of our markets.

  • Candidate Sourcing & Assessment – skilled at finding and engaging exceptional engineers and leaders and leaders using advanced search techniques.
  • Relationship Builder – natural communicator who can gain trust and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
  • Market Curiosity – genuine interest in engineering and enthusiasm for emerging technologies (e.g. eVTOL, sustainable propulsion, robotics, defence drones).

  • Talent Sourcing – sourcing world-class talent, and delivering outstanding results & experiences for our embedded clients.
  • Talent Mapping – proactively build pipelines of highly skilled engineers and technical experts across the world.
  • Trusted Advisor – support clients with market insight, salary benchmarking, and strategic hiring advice.
  • Shape the Future of the Team – play a pivotal role in scaling Apera on a global scale, with clear progression opportunities as the team grows.
