About The Role
Are you an experienced leader in ports and harbours, navigation risk or marine safety governance? Do you enjoy shaping strategy, guiding high-performing teams and delivering high-quality consultancy for clients across the marine infrastructure sector? Are you ready to take on a senior leadership role shaping how ports and harbours manage safety, risk and marine infrastructure?
We’re looking for an Associate Director for Ports & Harbours to join NASH Maritime, part of the APEM Group, and lead a growing specialist team working at the forefront of maritime risk, navigation safety and marine infrastructure development. NASH Maritime combines consulting, technology and software to deliver market-leading navigation and maritime risk solutions.
As part of our leadership team, you’ll play a key role in driving strategic expansion, strengthening client relationships and ensuring the delivery of robust, science-based solutions across the UK and internationally. This role blends technical credibility, commercial insight and team leadership. You’ll lead and grow the Ports & Harbours Team, guide the pipeline of opportunities, strengthen key client relationships, and support the delivery of high-quality, science-led consulting across the UK and internationally. This is a value-creating leadership role, ideal for someone highly collaborative, commercially minded, and motivated to shape the future of navigation safety.

- Familiarity with project management procedures and protocols, including experience with quality assurance, the checking and approval of proposals, and reports.
