This is an exciting opportunity to support a wide variety of projects across the water sector, helping to ensure they run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, supporting project builds, updates, and reporting through our specialist project management systems. You’ll also play an active part in process improvement, helping to develop templates, resources, and documentation that improve how we deliver work across the business.
This is a great opportunity for a proactive graduate who thrives on detail, enjoys working with data and systems, and wants to develop hands-on experience in project administration and management. To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- Experience of supporting project management in an administrative role, either in PMO role or direct Project Administration function.
- Experience of analysing data from a variety of sources.
- Experience of using project management tools / software.
- Excellent organisation skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent word processing and excel skills.
- Excellent IT skills and ability to quickly learn to use systems and tools.
- At least 1-2 years relevant work experience.
