We’re looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator to join our HSEQ team on a part-time basis (ideally Wednesday to Friday, 22.5 hours per week). This is a varied role where you’ll support the day-to-day running of our offices and facilities, ensuring they are safe, compliant, and well-managed to allow our Consultants to focus on delivering great work for our clients.

You’ll provide essential support across property and facilities management, ordering and logistics, health and safety checks, and front-facing services to colleagues and visitors. You’ll also play a part in audits, asset management and business continuity planning. While the role will be based at our Banbury office, there will be regular travel to our Letchworth site (about once every fortnight), so a driving licence is required. Furthermore, there will also be times when you’ll need to work additional hours to cover annual leave within the team, so flexibility is really important.

You’ll need to bring:

  • Proven experience as a senior administrator and/or within a facilities management role
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Office applications
  • Experience of help desk or service desk systems would be ideal
  • Ability to work independently with initiative, as well as part of a team
  • Good understanding of health and safety requirements
  • A current driving licence

It’s a bonus if you have:

  • H&S training or experience (e.g. First Aid, Fire Marshal, accident reporting)
  • Experience with quality management systems (policies, procedures, compliance)
  • Strong organisational skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Report writing experience

We are focused on creating a diverse and inclusive team. If you can’t tick every box on our job description, then we are still keen to hear from you and are open to supporting your development. That may be working part time or supporting you to gain experience in a specific area – we are a growing company and are able to adapt roles to reflect individual skills. If you think you have what it takes to join our fast-growing business, then please apply immediately on our website. All we need is some basic information and your CV, we will review all applications quickly and will respond to all applications.
