What You Will Do:
- Review & Verify Data: Engage with key stakeholders and collect and validate data at product and building level, in line with set requirements.
- Support Product Development: Translate industry needs and regulations into business and product requirements. Work closely with the business and product team to develop the tool and shape its functionality.
- Conduct Research: Stay on top of trends, benchmarks, regulations, and best practices around sustainability in construction - including carbon, circularity, safety, and certification standards.
Who You Are:
- Background in architecture, engineering, or a related built environment field.
- 2+ years' experience working on sustainability in buildings or construction.
- Familiar with carbon, circularity, sustainability reporting, and green building certifications like BREEAM, LEED, or WELL.
- Comfortable with Excel and confident working with data - including validation, structure, and consistency.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience in client-facing work.
- Reliable, independent, and take initiative. You're keen to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced startup.
