Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Design Engineer located in Kilwinning. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems, preparing technical drawings, collaborating with the engineering team, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Tasks include supporting power distribution projects, performing calculations, and maintaining design documentation. The role also involves contributing to equipment selection and optimization to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Electrical Design and Design Engineering principles
• Strong expertise in Electrical Engineering and knowledge of Electricity fundamentals
• Familiarity with Power Distribution systems and applications
• Ability to analyze technical specifications and ensure compliance with standards
• Bachelor\’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities
• Experience in the power generation or infrastructure sectors is a plus
