We are looking for highly customer-focused individuals to join our existing Customer Service Team in Wigan. As a Control Room Operative, you will provide professional and helpful responses to customers whilst maintaining the highest service standards.
Shift Pattern: Saturday and Sunday (08:00-20:00)
What you'll do:
- Take inbound telephone calls
- Respond to email enquiries
- Take intercom calls
- Ensure the accuracy of information provided is paramount
- Certify accuracy and a high attention to details
What you'll bring:
